Björn is Managing Director of OGDS and into-e, the Company Builder specializing in the development of e-commerce start-ups. He started his career in business development at ricardo.de, later he headed the business development at Otto and in 2007 launched smatch.com and the shopping24 internet group, which he still manages today. Björn is the author of the books "Die E-Commerce-Gewinner" and "Preisgebote im Internet". His projects have received several awards, e. g. from the Federal Ministry of Economics and Technology or as the best employer in trade of kununu.
Frauke is Managing Director of OGDS and Liquid Labs. She began her career in investment banking at JP Morgan in London in 2006. She gained her first start-up experience in 2010 when she founded the online platform Ecogood. After that, Frauke moved to Zalando, where she was responsible for international business development and successfully supported the company's expansion into eight other countries. She used her start-up and investment knowledge for the publishing world, where she drove the digital growth. Frauke worked as Head of Digital Acquisitions at Bauer Media Group and as Managing Director at Axel Springer Plug and Play. Since 2019, Frauke supports the growth course of the OGDS startups.
Sandra is responsible for the internal and external communications and the Employer Branding of OGDS and supports our start-ups with PR and marketing. Her strengths lie in developing and communicating core messages and setting the agenda. She began her career at fischerAppelt and afterwards, she established the communications department at a Hamburg-based company builder. Recently, Sandra was responsible for the dialogue between the personnel consultants and the high-level management at Cribb until she joined OGDS in 2017.
Alexandra has been Human Resources Manager at OGDS since March 2018 and is responsible for the development of the HR department. She is the expert and contact person for recruiting, job interviews and employer branding for the OGDS as well as for the projects and start-ups that are created under the OGDS umbrella. Alexandra studied business administration and international law in Oldenburg and Bremen and subsequently discovered her main focus on personnel. Before joining OGDS, she worked in the real estate and personnel services sectors.
